Storage of data in our online store
We note that the IP data of the access line, as well as the name and the buyer’s address are stored for the purposes of the easier purchase process and for the subsequent processing of the contract.
In addition, the following data for the performance of the contract is stored with us: name, surname, shipping and billing address, telephone, email, and in case the buyer wishes to receive a tax invoice, VAT number and Tax Office.
The data you provide us need for the fulfillment of the contract. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you.
This data is not transferred to third parties, except to the shipping company for the purpose of delivering the goods and to our accountants for the purpose of fulfilling our tax obligations.
After the purchase process is completed, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship is stored until the end of the tax retention period.
